It's new product success for Zest as the company is named as a finalist in the coveted Glee New Products Awards 2018.
Set for release in 2019, the Maisy Set impressed judges at the prestigious show, and after sifting through the 330 new products entered, judges named the Maisy Set as a finalist in the Outdoor Entertaining Category.
Receiving a record number of entries this year, the New Product Awards are there to recognise the best products from independent and multiple retailers as well as global suppliers.
Commenting on the success, Alwyn Williams, Head of Zest 4 Leisure said: “Glee is always a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our new products for the coming season, and for one of our products to be recognised amongst the best in show is a real achievement for Zest 4 Leisure, especially as we were up against some very tough competition.
“After seeing the reaction to not only the Maisy Set, but also the rest of the 2019 range being showcased on our double decker stand, the future is looking bright for us as the 2019 garden leisure season approaches.”
Zest is showcasing a host of innovative new products from stand #20Z30 at the NEC in Birmingham. As well as new products, the company is profiling popular products from its existing range of outdoor timber garden products - from matching outdoor furniture comprising of a range of seating options, to arches and arbours, to an interesting variety of gazebos.
Zest 4 Leisure has established itself as a successful timber garden product manufacturer and supplier. Zest 4 Leisure’s garden furniture is low maintenance, and will stand the test of time with a 10-year guarantee against rot. The timber used is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
Managing Director, Steve Morgan, who travelled to the NEC in Birmingham for the show after completing his fifth 140 mile Ironman challenge only the day before, said: “We have received some really positive feedback about the Zest products on show. To be named as finalists in this year’s GIMA Awards and then to be further recognised in the Glee New Product Awards is fantastic.
“The team will now be preparing for the 2019 season, ensuring our business operations and customer service is tip-top.
